     General terms of sale

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE 2010

RESERVATION :

A deposit (30% of the total cost of your stay) is required in order to confirm your reservation. The balance of the account must be paid at least 30 days before the start of your stay.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of your stay, the total amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
The reservation is considered confirmed on receipt of a confirmation from us.
 
CAUTION: The limited liability company Les Roulottes du Pastelier reserves the right to refuse the reservations for only one night over the periods of school holidays, week-ends and bank holidays or to limit the number of it when those are requested from more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
  
Conditions for the cancellation of a reservation
Any cancellation must be notified by recorded letter addressed to : Roulottes du Pastelier - Lieu-dit Pastelier 31370 Poucharramet.
Absence of the right of retractation
In accordance with the L212-20-4 article of the Code de la Consommation, the service contract of lodging which must be provided to a given date are not covered by the right of retractation.
 
Conditions of refund
The date of cancellation taken into account for the refund of your stay will be the date of the 1st presentation, with the Roulottes du Pastelier, of your recorded letter with acknowledgment of delivery.
- more than 15 days before the start of the stay:
refunding of 70% of the total price of the stay (the versed down payments are not refunded).
- between 14 and 8 days before the start of the stay:
refunding of 50% of the total price of the stay 
- between 7 and 2 days before the start of the stay
refunding of 25% of the total price of the stay 
- 1 day before or no-show: no refunding.
 
Modification of the reservation
No request for modification of date will be accepted with less than 30 days of the date of arrival.
With more than 30 days of the date of arrival, it could be agreed private of a modification of the dates of stay, according to the availabilities and on an equivalent tariff basis.
To in no case the carryforward of date will not be able to go beyond from a 6 months period. The modification of stay will be final and could not be deferred for the second time.
It will not give place to any refunding. In the event of cancellation the date taken into account will be that of the stay initially envisaged.

PRICES :
The rental prices are applicable for the season 2010. The contractual price is that confirmed at the time of the reservation.
Our prices include all taxes, the hire of the accommodation and the equipment in it, water, electricity and heating charges, bed linen, towels and access to non paying activities.
Prices do not include the final cleaning (the Roulotte must be cleaned before the keys are returned), personal expenses, access to paying activities, the deposit and holiday tax.
 
Deposit
A deposit of 150€ per roulotte car is requested upon your arrival and will be returned after your departure, after any deductions for breakages.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE :
Possession of your roulotte is possible from 4 PM. Keys should be returned before 11 AM on the day of your departure.
In cases of a departure earlier than anticipated, no reimbursement can be made.
 
Inventory
We will check the inventory after your departure. If there are no problems your deposit will be returned to you. In incidences of damage caused during your stay we will contact you and request that you pay for the repairs to be completed, or replacements bought. After payment, your deposit will be returned to you. Non payment may result in the deposit being kept by us. 
 
Cleaning of your accommodation
We pay special attention to the cleanliness of your accomodation. If however you notice something we have forgotten, we request that you contact us immediately to enable us to rectify the situation. Reclamations made later than the day of your arrival cannot be taken into consideration.
Before your departure we request that you undertake the cleaning of your roulotte. If you prefer not to do so, you can request the final cleaning service (except kitchen area) for a supplement of 15€.
 
Lost and Found
At the end of your stay, please check that no personal objects have been left in the romany gispy car or in the communal areas. All personal objects, with the exception of perishables, must be claimed in the month following your departure. Reclaimed objects will be returned after reception of the postage costs.
 
Pets
Pets are allowed with a supplement.
 
Vehicles
Parking spaces are provided not far from the romany gispy cars. Clients may park their vehicles next to their romany gispy car temporarily, in order to unpack their luggage. Cars must not, in any case, be driven on the grass. A lack of respect for these rules may result in your vehicle being removed, at your expense.
 
Environment
We request that guests use the recycling facilities available to them in order to assist us in protecting the environment.
We remind you that smoking is prohibited in the trailer. An ashtray is made available outside the trailer. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the floor.
 
Tourist Information
Tourist information relating to the local area is at your disposition to assist in organising your excursions.
 
Activities on site
During your stay, the pool is available (seasonal) and under certain conditions. Children must be accompanied by their parents. 
The children remain in the whole area (pool, playground, 
Park ...) under the full responsibility and supervision of their parents. 
The liability of owners or the LLC Roulottes du Pastelier may be involved in case of any accidents. 
 
Reclamations
In order to ensure that you are not held responsible for objects missing from the inventory we request that you signal any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of your arrival.
To ensure that you pass an enjoyable stay, please signal any problems to the reception.
 
Divers
In situations out with our control (eg natural disaster,...) which prevents us from assuring our engagements, we engage to repay in total, the cost of your stay without entitling you to claim additional damages or claims.
